WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?

Chakras are energy centers in the body that help regulate how physical, emotional, and mental energy flows through us. Think of them like junction boxes between the nervous system, the organs, and our emotional state. When energy is flowing smoothly, the body tends to feel balanced and resilient. When a chakra becomes blocked or overstimulated, it can show up as recurring physical symptoms, tension, fatigue, or emotional patterns tied to specific areas of the body.

Each chakra is associated with specific organs, systems, and nerve pathways. Over time, stress, trauma, overstimulation, or emotional suppression can cause these energy centers to fall out of balance. Binaural tones and healing frequencies are designed to gently support the nervous system and encourage these centers to return to a more harmonious state — not by “forcing” change, but by helping the body remember balance.

Listening to chakra-specific tones can be a helpful way to support areas of the body that feel strained, stuck, or overworked, especially when physical symptoms don’t seem to have an obvious cause.
